To maintain fairness and avoid misuse, we follow the policies below:
Returns Not Accepted For
We do NOT accept returns for:

Opened seals or tampered packaging

Products with removed labels/price tags

Requests made after the return period

Items damaged after delivery

Products purchased during offers/sales/festive discounts, unless delivered damaged
Return/Exchange Eligibility Window
You are eligible for return or exchange only if:

You receive a damaged or broken product

The package has missing items/accessories

You notify us on the day of delivery

The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.
Exchange Process

Contact our support team with your Order ID + clear photos/video of the issue.

After approval, return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Our team will inspect the returned item.

A replacement will be sent if the claim is valid.
Refund Process

Refund is initiated after we receive & inspect the returned product.

Refund typically reflects in your account within 3–5 working days.

Shipping/postage charges are non-refundable.

Full resolution process may take 7–21 working days depending on courier return timelines.

Tulsi Ayurveda Clinic is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
