• Delivery time may vary based on your state, city type, and courier coverage.

• If your location is not serviceable by our regular courier partners, we ship your order through India Post / Speed Post / VPP, which may take 7–10 business days.

• Orders from North East India usually require 10–12 business days for delivery.

• Our support team actively monitors shipments to ensure your package reaches you at the earliest.

• Tracking details can be shared with you on WhatsApp or email on request.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• International orders typically take 15–20 days for delivery.

• Tracking information is updated periodically — it may not show every real-time scan, especially soon after dispatch.

• Customs delays, flight cancellations, and transit interruptions are beyond courier control and may affect delivery timelines.

• Delivery duration also depends on the custom policies and import regulations of the destination country.

Custom Charges

• Any customs duty, VAT, import charges, or clearance fees must be paid by the recipient.
