Appointment Booking Guidelines

If a patient misses the consultation, they are allowed to reschedule only once. Further rescheduling will require a new booking.

If you miss your initial consultation, you will need to book a new appointment. We will not be held responsible for missed consultations

Appointments once booked are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is allowed as per the above policy.

Patients are requested to join the consultation on time. A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in the session being marked as missed.
